Résumé

Hi, I'm Michael. I'm from the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with degrees in Finance, Investment & Banking and Risk Management & Insurance. I enjoy problems that sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, risk, and analytics – especially when the answer is not obvious and the work requires both quantitative analysis and judgment.

Since graduating, I have started my career at Guidehouse in its financial transformation practice, working with healthcare organizations. At the same time, I have continued building independent analytics and investing projects. My focus in my first role is simple: be a sponge, learn quickly, contribute wherever I can, and knock my project work out of the park.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, competing in Sunday soccer and basketball leagues, golfing, hiking and running, writing, and becoming a better cook. My favorite semester in college was studying abroad in Rome, where I learned how businesses operate in an international environment while traveling across Europe and Africa. I especially valued the chance to experience history, different cultures, and places that felt completely different from home.
