Summary

The question

A complex global supply chain creates tradeoffs among cost, scale, resilience, traceability, and sustainability. The work needed to connect those dimensions in one coherent executive view.

What I did

  • Mapped the current operating system and the decisions leaders needed to make across procurement, logistics, risk, and sustainability.
  • Identified where fragmented information limited visibility into dependencies, bottlenecks, and exposure.
  • Proposed a dynamic visualization and governance approach that made cost, operational risk, and sustainability tradeoffs easier to compare.

What it showed

The recommendation became more useful when supply-chain visibility was framed as a decision system, not simply another reporting layer.

In my words

This was the output of an Accenture case competition completed under a tight, few-hour deadline. The time constraint forced our team to structure a broad supply-chain problem quickly, prioritize the most important issues, and build a clear recommendation without overcomplicating the analysis.
